Early Life
Born on April 10, 1985, in Harare, Tyra grew up in Madziva and Masvingo. She lived with her mother until grade 6 when her mother passed away, leaving her an orphan. At just 10 years old, Tyra became the head of her family, quitting school to support herself and her siblings by working on a nearby farm.
She later moved to Harare, where she repeated grade 6 in a special class due to limited school slots. Tyra attended high school in Budiriro.
Tyra worked at a motel in Masvingo, then went to South Africa, where she worked as a maid. She also worked at an internet cafe run by a Nigerian man. She was a maid both in South Africa and Zimbabwe.
Career
Madam Boss began her career as a gospel music artist with her debut album, "Sunungura," which featured artists like Ngoni Kambarami, MacDee, and Kudzi Nyakudya. She gained fame as a comedian by making comedy skits about a maid, which went viral on social media. She became the first Zimbabwean comedian to reach 1 million followers on Facebook, becoming a household name with her maid and boss skits
Madam Boss has done commercials for OK Zimbabwe, Ring Driving School, and Impala Car Rental. In April 2021, she was appointed as a brand ambassador for Ingwebu Breweries, alongside radio personality and comedian Babongile Sikhonjwa and model Ben Chest.
In 2021, she started her acting career, landing roles in the Nollywood series "The Offspring" and the South African SABC 1 drama series "Ubettina Wethu," thanks to Becky Casting Agency. She also filmed a Nollywood movie, "The Offspring," in Nigeria and was cast in the South African Netflix film "The Bad Bishop."
In May 2022, it was announced that a movie inspired by her life, titled "Becoming Madam Boss," had begun shooting. She is also a brand ambassador for RwandAir, Net*One, Nyaradzo Group, and Ingwebu Breweries.

Personal Life
Madam Boss married Ngoni Munetsiwa on May 5, 2013, and they have a daughter named Mikayla Munetsiwa.
On October 22, 2022, she was involved in a car accident near Norton while traveling to a concert in Kadoma featuring South African musician Makhadzi. Madam Boss was with friends during the accident. She blamed the accident on the negligence of garage employees who had not properly fixed the wheel nuts of her Range Rover. She was discharged from the hospital a few days later and fully recovered within a few weeks.
